
I learned quickly as a young mom that if I wanted to stay fit, I needed to figure out how to make my health a priority. Over the years I was able to raise my kids, work full time, and maintain my fitness without ever stepping foot in a gym. However, as I journeyed through my 40s and now mid fifties I suffered the hormone fluctuations, the weight gain, and depleting confidence that often accompanies menopause. I felt like my body was betraying me and everything that had worked so beautifully for me in the past was failing me now. I almost surrendered to the miseries when I learned that I do not have to suffer, and I was able to turn around my quality of life in my body. I felt so sick and miserable sometimes that I just felt like giving up. I remember one time bleeding for three weeks straight while I was on vacation and I just felt like my body was dying slowly. I did not understand what was happening to me. It was awful. At one point I had had enough and I started devouring everything I could to help me get my body and confidence back. I had rocked my life so far and I was not finished rocking out this life. I've learned valuable lessons along the way that uniquely prepared me to help women like you. You do not have to suffer, I am here to help you find your rocking’ awesome power and confidence again.

Life has taken me on a unique journey, filled with experiences that have shaped who I am today. As a young girl I loved two things, music and fitness and successfully made both my career.
As a high school music and physical education teacher I have experienced the joy of helping students cultivate their love for these disciplines. To me, phys ed is the most important class in the school.

I'm a women’s menopause specialist coach. I am 56 years old and I currently reside in Tokyo, Japan. But there's more to me than just the basics. I'm the proud mother of five incredible adult offspring. I love my husband, dogs, hiking, traveling, cooking, and keeping fit. I enjoy long walks, gardening, sunrises, sunsets, the beach, and dark chocolate.
Jenny Gaume successfully met all the requirements set by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) to earn her certification. She demonstrated expertise in fitness training, exercise science, and client health assessments. Through rigorous study and examination, she proved her knowledge in personal training principles. Her dedication and commitment to professional development were key to achieving this milestone. As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, she is now equipped to guide clients toward their fitness goals with credibility and expertise.
